International Ministries

Our International Ministries here at Knox are designed for people who are new to Canada. There are a wide range of activities, such as ping-pong, practicing conversational English, barbeques, swimming, ice skating, nature walks and progressive suppers. This ministry offers small group and individual studies which explore the Bible for people still evaluating the Christian faith or who are new Christians. Internationals new to Canada are encouraged to become involved in Knox’s mainstream ministries as they are ready.

Junior Church

Junior Church is offered in the Sunday Worship Service during the sermon time. This ministry is for children age 4 through grade six. Our committed volunteer staff provide lessons from the Bible and activities for the children.

Nursery

We have a nursery with a video connection to the sanctuary during the Sunday Worship Service.
The nursery is for infants and children to age 4. It is staffed by volunteers.

Youth

The Junior - Senior High Youth Group (SWERV) is a cooperative effort with the Millwoods Evangelical Free Church. Activities, Bible studies and small groups provide a good place to belong. Check the Events section on the home page for up to date information and, from September - June a link to the monthly schedule will be posted here.
